I was just going in to see if there were any trucks that I was interested in, not expecting to purchase anything. From the beginning Kevin was friendly, professional , answered all my questions, and was very transparent, along with the general manager to ending with Helen, who was exceptionally great! That's why I continue to purchase my vehicles there.

My car was in the shop for 2weeks which I didn't mind I wanted it fixed right. Didn't get a loaner car untill the following week of my car being in there. Then got the wrong information that I had to pay for the extra days which the insurance company only paid for 5 days and not all the money so I end up paying more for the loaner car. Got into the car the engine light still on they keep it got that off. In the process of coming home there's another light on about the tire sensor. Im so frustrated because I ask them to check everything and dont give me the car back until it was all the way fixed I've had so many problems with this car. Im not really pleased with the service they do at this dealership. I really would never buy another one and would go somewhere else where they trat you better in service. My service advisor Anthony nunix I might spell his last name wrong he is awesome he does the best he can for me. Know I have to bring this car back to see about the sensor it has to be a lemon its to many problems at this point

This was not a good experience at all. I took my car in to request a service and to see about a noise I heard while driving. I paid $250 ish dollars for a diagnostic and left my car there because the service rep thought it may be the tranmission and the transmission specialist was not there that day. The next day I got a call it wasn't the transmission. The problem was supposedly right tire bearings being worn. The initial noise was on the left side of the car the driver side. So we replaced the bearings which were about $1000 plus dollars and left with the car making the same noise. When my husband took the car back he was told it was the tire making the noise. So they rotated the driver side tire to the rear and the noise started coming from the rear. Then after a drive with the service person my husband was told it was the tire. After paying for a diagnostic and then being told it was the transmission, then the bearings on the right side of the car and never shown the diagnostic for either I don't know if I will trust Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos to take care of my car again. After the noise continued I did take my car to replace the tire which was still under warranty in which I was out of another $40 dollars for that the noise seems fixed. I don't understand why a diagnostic could not tell what the problem was. Now I am out of $1000 plus dollars for a $40 dollar fix. I am extremely displeased with this type service from Chevrolet.

Brought the vehicle in to correct a very frequent driver side seat squeak that had a service bulletin connected to it. The next day, the seat squeak was worse. I would like to get it corrected or replaced. The sound is really, really annoying.

Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos is the only dealership I take my truck to. Great customer service and fast turnaround times. Shania is an excellent service advisor. I’ve always been pleased with my experiences at this dealership.

My service advisor was very rude in responding to my request for a loaner vehicle. His response was "Imagine what it would be like if we gave a loaner to everyone who came to service" I basically refused to wait 4 hours on a diagnosis so got a ride back home 40 minutes away, and 4 hours later i received a call I am approved for a loaner and had to come all the way back. Just disappointed I paid close to 80k for my vehicle and received this type of treatment

I also had an issue with the rear passenger window that would not go down. After diagnosing the problem, the part was ordered and replaced the next day. I arrived at 7 AM to have a simple oil change service when I went to pay for the service the woman that checked me in was not the person that I was referred to at the time of payment. The complementary first service had been applied to the oil change that I had scheduled for this day. I was unaware of this because at 500 miles when I had initially returned to have the first service done on my 2025 Z06 Corvette I was turned away subsequently 1500 miles later I had a valve body failure and was without my vehicle for almost a month. I have experienced ongoing poor communication from the Service Department on multiple occasions. Please feel free to contact me for specifics 626-625-3509 David Francis. In closing not only did the initial intake person take the liberty of utilizing the complementary oil change first service without my authorization or my request. The poor customer service extended to not offering to utilize the points that I have accumulated to pay for the oil change either so I paid for it out-of-pocket intending to have the trans filter and the oil service done at the prescribed 7000 mile interval.

I went in because the brake sensor turned on to notify me my brakes were low. i thought i needed new brakes but the mechanic inspected my truck and found out my brakes were still good, it was the sensor that was bad. I felt the service rep and mechanic were honest and reliable.

Was not mentioned that windshield wiper replacement only meant the front ones only. Now I have to go back and get the back ones replaced

Dealership addressed most of my concerns when I took it in for repair and maintenance. Unfortunately, I’ll be returning when the issues comeback because the repair was a patch and not a fix. I had suggested a fix but neither engineer or rep actually entertained the idea. I had to wait over seven hours for service to tell me that a part I told the needs to be replaced actually had to be replaced. Ie. The front camera. A perfect example of not listening to my concerns. I even wrote out with pictures of the issues I brought my truck in and the solution. Unfortunately, ignoring customer concerns is 100% an issue.

usually have good service here, however my service writer really was not engage with me, gave me list of items I wanted completed oil change, tire rotation. when I went to pick my truck i saw oil & tires were completed but service campaign was completed. said Tech completed campaign but my paper didn't show it was completed.

I was quoted as needing an excessive amount of work totaling nearly $1700 before taxes. When I took it to a local, reputable shop I’ve had work done with, the assessment was vastly different- $250 and my car was repaired. It’s been running well. I will no longer bring my car to Penske Chevrolet. While I understand you have a business to run, it doesn’t mean you should overcharge or quote unnecessary work.

I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and various inspections. Drop off was fine and the car was ready earlier than I expected. All good so far. After I picked up the car and got home I checked one of the tires I had marked prior to the service to insure that the tires were indeed rotated. The marked tire was still in the same location it had been before the car was serviced. So, I had to go back to the dealer and have them perform the rotation. They told me the technician said he had rotated the tires. I told them that was not true and showed them the mark I had made on one tire. I also mentioned that if I paid for a rotation and they had rotated the tires the first time, why would I return and tell them the rotation hadn't been done? If it had been done as the technician said, rotating them again would return them to the original position. I will not be returning to this dealer for service in the future.

My Tahoe is 25 years old thus a lot of things are needed to be serviced however Penske seemed to prioritize issues that needed to be corrected. As always the service people were very friendly and helpful.

I had the engine replaced in my truck, and they attempted to fix a problem with the infotainment system. I am grateful that they were able to repair the truck in good time, but they aren't very courteous when it comes to loaning out their "courtesy" cars. Initially I had to insist on a car when mine failed, then, when the radio failed again, I was refused a car, even though the repairs are warranty issues.

Why does my 2024 Trax need fuel injectors before 25,000 miles. Why did I have to bring this car to Penske Chevrolet 3 times before it was fixed. Even the guy that sold me the car and his runner were trying to hump me. My experience with Penske Chevrolet isn’t pleasant

Had an oil change and tire rotation…also requested to check fluids and brakes. I have been hearing a random squeak during braking. Waited only an hour and half for the service. Everything was fine and brakes still were fine as instructed by the service associate. Indicated the squeak could be brake dust. Was completely satisfied with the service.

The service technician greeted me, and he recognized me from a previous appointment. He took care of my service needs while I waited comfortably in the waiting area. Before I could finish the crossword puzzle I was working on, the service tech told me my Truck was ready. I had my oil changed, my cooling system fluid exchanged, and my tires rotated. He also helped me by using my service points to pay for part of my bill.

Everything went smoothly! I even added an additional service when I remembered that my Hood Support also needed to be replaced, but the part wasn't in stock. Your staff tracked one down locally and had it installed in record time along with the other 2 maintenance services requested. I am a waiting customer, so timing is everything. I only come to Penske Cerritos for service and also bought my last two cars there, so I am a long-time customer starting with my 2011 Camaro. The savings offers are great too! I saved over $130 on this last service....

this time around it was good.. one thing i do strongly suggest is that they communicate and keep us updated as time goes on. my truck sat for 4 days before we received a message telling us what they were going to do. at least give us updated.. other then that it was a good experience.

Was ok with the service person that checked me in Grant Potter but the service manager needs to be replaced. He only had two service people in to check people in and out and didn’t help until he saw that he had to because people were backed up and a full waiting room ( which I have never seen). I always brag about how good the service is but I spoke too soon. And he charged me 108.95 for labor for someone to install a cabin filter which takes minutes and the filter is only 67.19. I will be doing that myself from now on. Definitely need a update in the service dept/manager.

Brought in my 2021 Camaro SS for an oil change and to have a full detail on it. When this was done I pointed to what appeared to be bird dropping on the hood. The service associate brought a bottle of cleaner and was able to remove more that made it acceptable for me. I notice the spot where the window blades are located, was not treated. It was a dull so it was not detailed

I was shopping for a mid-size SUV but once I saw the Tahoe I knew it was a better fit for me. Oscar helped me out, showed me the vehicle and offered my family and I a test drive. Five stars for Brian Chavez. He was informative and seemed very honest and diligent. I didn't feel like he was trying to scam us or sell us more than we needed. He went out of his way to get the front license plate bracket installed on our car, even though the service tech was not there that day. He also brought us some pizza slices because the process was taking a long time and I mentioned being hungry. One star removed because the process took about 5 hours (I don't think Brian was causing this delay). I know that we had a lot of rebates to get through, but still, I don't understand why it takes so long. Much of it was just waiting for finance to do their thing.
