Had some minor and major concerns about sound system and rear glass latch. I was told by service advisors Pavel Rivera to leave the vehicle and he would contact me . The next day he contacted me and could take take care of my concerns and add other services which he recommended. Day 3 Mr Rivera communications skills was excellent he called to let me know it wasn't ready but the work will be completed that day. Again excellent service and communications skills for Mr Rivera

I couldn’t get an appointment from online so I just went there and took my vehicle. Pavel was the service manager who helped me. He explained to me what could be wrong with my car. It took a little bit longer than usual but my car was fixed. I’m happy about this. There’s some more things to be done, but I decided to bring it in a couple of weeks.

Every employee I interacted with really made me feel like a valued customer even with all of my direct inquiries they were all answered with no issues raised.

Fast and great service

The customer service aspect was excellent. The auto service was a bit disappointing. Only part of the issue was corrected. Now I need to take my car back and be without all over again

Service was fast and easy. Only reason I’m giving two stars is when I was checking out, the advisor seemed upset about me using a coupon that I got via email. Nowhere in the email did it say for me to present before anything. He said I should’ve presented it beforehand when in previous instances, I’ve used a coupon during payment no problem. Plus I had just remembered I had it. Otherwise, great and fast oil change.

I had a recall item repair oil change. Everything was done quickly and efficiently.

I'm really upset. I was not advised about the diagnostic charge. I was advised what the vehicle needed and amounts but was not advised that the diagnostic charge would apply even though i went ahead and replaced a sensor. I could have patronized somewhere else where the diagnostic fee would have been waived.

It was fantastic! We told Nicola we were browsing. He didn’t push us. He gave us his card. Found a car we were interested in but then he showed us an even better one! We love the car. He made the experience so funny and easy!

Needed a new key fob for my 2019 Impala. $163 to buy it. $260 to program it and $50 to cut it. $483 total. The programing and cutting charge are "exorbitant". Ridiculous

At first when I got there I don't think anyone was going to help me with the test drive or help out all. As I was about to leave that Wednesday 18th of June. Andy came to me and ask me of what type of vehicle I was looking for, I mention to an Chevy Traverse, he walked me over to the vehicle and explain to about the vehicle and ask for my ID, Andy went to go and get the keys and came back with Felipe and mention to me about an client he had. Felipe he is very knowledgeable and explained all the function on the car as I text drives... Andy and Felipe is the reason why I came back to buy on Friday 20th of June 2025. Love my car

I’ve been taking my vehicle in for an oil change for about 5 years now. Never had a complaint. This last time, everything seemed normal. Another good job done. Or so I thought. The team at Penske Cerritos failed to put the cap back on the oil pan. I was more disappointed to have seen the cap laying on the cowl panel a few days later. I’m very fortunate to not spill, as it seems. In conclusion, they have lost a loyal customer. Thanks for the oil changes and tire rotations.

Took my vehicle for a check engine light. In a couple days they had checked, changed the parts and had my car back all covered by the warranty.

I was greeted quickly and the issue was taken care of within the time frame promised.

I have a 2007 corvette n the fob receiver died in the door but no GM part. Had to find the part and get itinstallled. Took a week but it got done.

The sales department was great. The process of purchasing the vehicle was seamless. Ever and David G. were wonderful to work with and were upfront and honest. However, I had my brand new car for 2 days and then a maintenance light came on and needed to be serviced, as well as a few chips needed to be repaired. The service department was rude, dishonest and unprofessional. They told conflicting stories and had my car for 4 days when it should have been 1. I was talked to disrespectfully and did not feel like customer service was a priority for them as my car is brand new and covered under warranty.

They made sure I went home satisfied with my new car payment/ with my vehicle. Friendly

We purchased a 2026 Z71 Chevy Traverse from Penske Chevrolet in Cerritos, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our salesperson, AndyFlores , was fantastic—very patient and attentive. We arrived in the morning, had to step away for personal matters, and when we returned, he picked right back up with us without missing a beat. When it came time to negotiate, David Guillén, the sales manager, worked with us and made the process smooth and stress-free. Both Andy and David went above and beyond, and they were able to negotiate a price that left us extremely happy. From there, we met with Helen Tapia in finance, who was equally amazing. She clearly explained everything—the warranty, loan terms, and all the details—better than we’ve ever had explained in our previous purchases. This is our third car purchase, and by far it was the easiest, most transparent, and most comfortable experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. The service was great at the time I came in but the service before hand was terrible. I tried to call Wednesday and Thursday before my Saturday appointment and nobody picked up. I left my number with the operator one day and she said they would call me back and they never did. I was trying to buy a full set of tires and it could not get done because they didn’t have a tire.

Brought the vehicle in to correct a very frequent driver side seat squeak that had a service bulletin connected to it. The next day, the seat squeak was worse. I would like to get it corrected or replaced. The sound is really, really annoying.

My car was in the shop for 2weeks which I didn't mind I wanted it fixed right. Didn't get a loaner car untill the following week of my car being in there. Then got the wrong information that I had to pay for the extra days which the insurance company only paid for 5 days and not all the money so I end up paying more for the loaner car. Got into the car the engine light still on they keep it got that off. In the process of coming home there's another light on about the tire sensor. Im so frustrated because I ask them to check everything and dont give me the car back until it was all the way fixed I've had so many problems with this car. Im not really pleased with the service they do at this dealership. I really would never buy another one and would go somewhere else where they trat you better in service. My service advisor Anthony nunix I might spell his last name wrong he is awesome he does the best he can for me. Know I have to bring this car back to see about the sensor it has to be a lemon its to many problems at this point

Fast, friendly and efficient

This was not a good experience at all. I took my car in to request a service and to see about a noise I heard while driving. I paid $250 ish dollars for a diagnostic and left my car there because the service rep thought it may be the tranmission and the transmission specialist was not there that day. The next day I got a call it wasn't the transmission. The problem was supposedly right tire bearings being worn. The initial noise was on the left side of the car the driver side. So we replaced the bearings which were about $1000 plus dollars and left with the car making the same noise. When my husband took the car back he was told it was the tire making the noise. So they rotated the driver side tire to the rear and the noise started coming from the rear. Then after a drive with the service person my husband was told it was the tire. After paying for a diagnostic and then being told it was the transmission, then the bearings on the right side of the car and never shown the diagnostic for either I don't know if I will trust Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos to take care of my car again. After the noise continued I did take my car to replace the tire which was still under warranty in which I was out of another $40 dollars for that the noise seems fixed. I don't understand why a diagnostic could not tell what the problem was. Now I am out of $1000 plus dollars for a $40 dollar fix. I am extremely displeased with this type service from Chevrolet.

My service advisor was very rude in responding to my request for a loaner vehicle. His response was "Imagine what it would be like if we gave a loaner to everyone who came to service" I basically refused to wait 4 hours on a diagnosis so got a ride back home 40 minutes away, and 4 hours later i received a call I am approved for a loaner and had to come all the way back. Just disappointed I paid close to 80k for my vehicle and received this type of treatment

I was vey pleased with all sales department staff and felt welcomed but one of service department greeters(woman named Shinaya) wasn’t cordial and pleasant but another employee ( Anthony) was very attentive and friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

My service advisor, Grant Potter was great! The car was due for an oil change and replacement of wipers. This work was done with no issues. I also had an issue with the rear passenger window that would not go down. After diagnosing the problem, the part was ordered and replaced the next day. Nice to work with a person who is courteous and professional throughout the service time we were at the dealership. Grant fits this perfectly.

I went in because the brake sensor turned on to notify me my brakes were low. i thought i needed new brakes but the mechanic inspected my truck and found out my brakes were still good, it was the sensor that was bad. I felt the service rep and mechanic were honest and reliable.
